The production program of TAJMAC-ZPS is composed of Swiss-type lathes and multispindle automatic lathes, mechanical and CNC. These machines are used in the most demanding industries in all markets around the world and have gained a very good reputation with their high-level technical parameters, accuracy and reliability.
TAJMAC BRASIL also markets and performs after-sales services and spare parts for Gozio rotary transfers&machining center also industrial automation machines EL-MEC
Mechanical machines of AC series and servo
Traditional concept of cam-controlled turning lathes for large-lot and mass production. The basic configuration is with 6 or 8 spindles, with controlled motors of spindle drives and feeds.
Numerically controlled machines of CNC series
CNC controlled machines on 6 and 8 spindles configuration. Suitable for serial production of technologically highly demanding workpieces.

Numerically controlled machines of TMZ series
Fully CNC controlled machines in 5, 6 and 8 spindles configuration. Suitable for serial production of technologically highly demanding workpieces.
We introduce a highly productive Swiss-type Lathes for manufacturing of round bars up to diameter of 32 mm (36 mm) as well as square and hexagon bars. These automatic lathes with sliding headstock expanded the production program of TAJMAC-ZPS a. s. after MANURHIN K’MX acquisition in 2004 and transfer of production from French Mulhouse into the city of Zlín.
Automatic loaders for multi-spindle and single-spindle lathes
Traditional concept of automatic bar loader suitable for large series or mass production. Basic version with 5, 6 or 8 spindles, with several optionals on costumer demnads.
Robust series for heavy bars
We manufacture loaders for each brand and model, robust machines suitable for each type of difficult bar support
CNC machines
Traditional concept of rotary transfer and fifth axis on horizontal and vertical machining center.
Fully numerically controlled machines with different spindles and countless combinations to meet the most difficult requirements. Suitable for the mass production of technologically demanding parts.
